Capi’M is an original design protected by exclusive intellectual property rights.
A patent applicant has been filed with the INPI (ref. no. FR14 / 00353) The owner of rights to the design is Emmanuel Navet, Rue de Dave 76, B-5100 Jambes Belgium (atelierperruque@skynet.be).
Any unauthorised use of the product, including its manufacture, reproduction and marketing, is strictly prohibited and will lead to counterfeiting proceedings.
The owner of the rights authorises the marketing of Capi’M exclusively by partner companies on the basis of specific territory licences. The partner firm is free to choose the name under which it is marketed, subject to compliance with third party rights. Capi’M is made using a unique mould which is owned by the inventor. All orders of Capi’M products will be delivered to partner companies within a specified time period. The owner of the rights guarantees the quality of the products supplied and undertakes to replace any defective product as quickly as possible. All commitments to order Capi’M products will be the subject of a written contract submitted by the inventor to the partner company. This contract will be concluded on the basis of a minimum number of orders by the partner company.
